Since setting up the business Giles Heating and Plumbing have always recognised our customers’ need for knowledge and understanding. We established right from the start a solid reputation for working closely with our customers throughout every stage of the process of work, no matter how large or small. With that in mind, we’d like to take you through it.

For all work, from a leaky tap to full central heating installation, we will set up a site survey within a week of you contacting us. The survey can take anything from ten minutes to an hour depending on your requirements.

During that survey we will listen to your needs and offer our expertise right from the off. If it is for installation for central heating for instance, we will advise on the location of radiators and the best system for you and your family to use.

We will then carefully process your quote to ensure accuracy of pricing and the work to be undertaken. Our quotes will be sent to you in a timely manner, by which time we can discuss the dates for the works to be carried out.

We are an accredited installer for Worcester-Bosch gas boilers, but that doesn’t mean we restrict ourselves to one system. We will be happy to discuss the right boiler for you and your house. We offer warranties on our boilers up to ten years on Worcester-Bosch products and can talk to you about warranties on other boilers we install.
